There are no required ongoing fees to Ratiom. Your domain stays in your name. Optional hosting and small updates to the existing site are included for 12 months, with no obligation to continue.
Do I need to provide the content?
No. Tell me about your services, the area, and your prices, and I write every page of the site for you. Photos and a logo will help the design along, and I can source stock images at no extra cost.
Do I own the finished website?
Yes. Once the final balance is paid, the finished website is yours. Your domain stays in your name, and you can move the site to another suitable host at any time.
How long does the process take?
Fourteen days from your kickoff to launch, as long as the photos, the logo, and your feedback reach me promptly. Before any of that, you get a free prototype within 48 hours.
What if I need changes after launch?
Reasonable small changes to the existing site are included for 12 months. This covers contact details, prices, service areas, descriptions, offers and photos. New pages or larger changes are quoted separately.
